Trust me when I say that I’ve heard it all when it comes to launch myths. No matter how big or small my clients’ businesses are, they’re all filled with beliefs about what it’s like to plan a launch – that’s exactly why they’re coming to me in the first place!

I make launching look easy because I have the tools, processes and game-plan in action. Plus, I don’t pay a dime of attention to the launch myths that could derail my focus.

Let’s dive in and put those BS myths to bed, so YOU can get launching ASAP.

Launch myths… Busted!

Myth – Launches are draining

Fact – Launches are high-vibe!

Girl, I’ve been there. The late nights, the tech glitches, the headache of ‘what if no one buys into this?’. It’s a lot. But that’s exactly why I’ve launched again and again and again – because I quickly worked out how to take the stress out of launching. Nowadays, launches come with a blissful morning yoga session, a pamper sesh in the afternoon and cheers-ing with champagne as the evening sales figures roll-in.

The following day, I’m not stressing over Q&As or pulling my hair out over a dip in sales. Instead, my phone is full of Stripe notifications and dollar signs. If you don’t know how to launch then launches can be draining – but if you’ve got the recipe, it’s as easy as 1,2,3 $$$! 

Myth – Launches are expensive

Fact – Launches are profitable

My first ever launch generated $6k in revenue. I sold a 6-week group coaching program with a VIP upgrade option. I didn’t have anyone on my team, no website, no ads, no fancy bells and whistles. Just a sales page I put together myself using my $39/month LeadPages subscription. That’s $5,961 profit.⁣⁣

If anyone tells you that you need expensive funnels, pricey graphics and a team of experts behind you before you can hit go, they are categorically wrong. Lean launches were my jam when I started out. I got comfortable with weeding through the BS and finding out exactly where to put my hard earned coin. Remember to lead with value! Sure, you can have a gorgeous landing page and a great sales strategy, but if you’re not speaking to your aligned audience, what’s the point?

Myth – Launches burn out your audience

Fact – Launches grow your audience

Speaking of audiences, let’s talk about yours. Believing that too many launches will turn off your audience only means one thing – you’re not delivering that value we talked about. For one, it’s easier to sell to someone who’s bought from you before than it is to attract new clients – just because someone bought from you once does not mean that they’re done. In fact, your stuff should be so good that they want more!

Those dedicated fans are the ones that promote your new launches. With each new launch, your audience will grow because your followers will assist with the hype. My last launch added 5,000 people to my email list. How’s that for burned out?⁣⁣

Myth – Not everyone is capable of launching something

Fact – Everyone is capable, but everyone won’t

Look, there’s nothing about me that makes me any different from you – apart from the fact that I did it. I silenced the haters in my head, I decided to be successful and I set myself on a path that would become abundant AF. I was intentional about launching my products and programs, and you can be too!
