Why All Successful Businesses Run on Frameworks September 14, 2020 / , ,

By Sabrina Philipp

Do you want to have a business that supports your wallet or a business that supports your lifestyle?

It’s not all about the money, honey.

Sure, successful businesses are quantitative, meaning profitable. We are online entrepreneurs because we want to make money without limits.

But successful businesses are also qualitative, meaning they are well-oiled machines that offer up fun and freedom.

Otherwise, what is the point of owning your own business?

I remember what it was like to stay up 18 hours a day hustling my tush off, trying to build a business and get my offers out there.

I was racing from client call to client call, but my income had plateaued.

I was jumping from course to course, but I wasn’t getting real results.

I was riding all over Bali on my scooter, but I was still tied to my phone.

I was making money I couldn’t enjoy, because I didn’t have the time.

Everything shifted for me when I implemented my signature Intentional Manageable Profitable® framework.

A framework is a theoretical approach to life and business that helps you get more of what you want. And that sh*t works.

Now I have a seven-figure business, 35 team members, and systems and structures in my business to support me as I focus on what lights me up.

These days I open the doors for a new program and it’s always a six-figure launch on day one. Because I’ve swapped hustle with flow. And it’s all because my framework supports my business.

It’s what creates systems, structure, and support in my business.

It’s what frees me up to focus on the vision instead of the day-to-day.

It’s what pulls me out of activities I suck at and let’s me handle the CEOness of my business where I shine.

I’m gonna dispel the myth right now that building a framework for your business is easy. If it were, everyone would do it. Facts are that over 90% of new businesses will fail. What do the 10% left standing have in common? Frameworks.

Building a framework means doing the work. Getting to ‘easy’ in your business means a period of daily grind.

I have a seven-figure business and it didn’t pop up overnight. But it did come to life a lot faster than most other businesses because of my strategy and my effort in building a framework to support my business.

That doesn’t mean it needs to be painful or grueling, but it means you need to show the hell up for what it is you say you want in your life. You have to get out of your head and take massive action.

Mindset only gets you so far.

I hear business coaches say all the time that mindset training will lead to the manifestation of your dreams.

No. It’s mindset and movement. And as business owners, we want that movement to be strategic so it’s effective. And as humans, we want it to be in alignment so it feels good.

That’s exactly why I developed my signature framework, Intentional Manageable Profitable®. I use it in my own business and I teach it to my clients.

If you are looking for an easy button, a framework is a buzzkill.

If you’re looking to build a business that makes an impact and an income, is featured in major media outlets, gives you the freedom to do whatever the heck you want, and has thousands of raving fans…a framework is your best bet for hitting seven figures without the burnout.

Because you can get super clear on the lifestyle you want BEFORE you get into building mode.

“Yes, hi, I’ll take Fridays off, the freedom to visit my family whenever I damn well please, and two international vacations a year. Thanks.”

Because you can set up the systems and team that actually support that lifestyle.

Because you’re making enough money to actually fund it with your biz.

The trap is set, but it isn’t locked. We tend to run from things that seem hard when really they just require a little effort and for some reason effort/work/anything “hard” has become taboo in the online space.

👏🏻 We 👏🏻 have👏🏻 to 👏🏻 do 👏🏻 the 👏🏻 work. 👏🏻

“I’m making a million dollars right here from my hammock, sipping craft cocktails, working when I feel like it.”

I’m calling bullshit. Because I didn’t snap my fingers and wake up with a million-dollar business. Neither did my clients. Neither will you unless you are a unicorn. And I don’t see any horns.
